We offer precise machining using Computer Numerical Control. CNC machining is exact and is able to produce uniform results every time, in complex shapes. We are able to control the speed and position of manufacture. Our mechanical machining expertise also includes milling, turning and grinding.

Within our facility at Stead Engineering we have technology that enables us to produce intricate parts and components from scratch, so that we can ensure each element has a perfect and custom fit. 

Single items or batches

Whether just one single item is required, or batches of thousands are called for, there is no job too big or too small for our team. Reducing costs by eliminating the need to subcontract components, our precision machining service can be used on a variety of materials such as steel, aluminium and plastics, and, as always, our team of specialist engineers will be on hand to advise on what will work best for your own individual needs.
